After a wobble a fortnight ago gaining 5lb in as many days.

I started to exercise a lot more and really made a conscious effort to get to grips and stop cheating with the drinking.

The result was losing the 5lbs I put on rapidly but also another 2 consistent weeks of decent weight loss.

I'm weighing 19 stone 9 or 10 lbs after the gym today.

I've been seeing weight loss fairly consistently of 3lbs a week.

So quite encouraged but also aware of how strict I am having to be and that I hope I have the fortitude and resilience to see it through this time over the rest of the 9 months this year.

I still look like a bowling ball though.

Well done 👍 I just started on Monday. Need to lose 2 stone. I think it's more about thinking it's not a quick fix.

We are right behind you. Best of luck 🍀

Well done. Getting back on the wagon isn't easy but you've managed it.

If you're using the NHS BMI calculator, you will need to rerun now and then, as you lose weight, as your calorie requirement will reduce accordingly.

17lbs in 3 months is a really good, sound rate of weight loss. I can tell you want quicker results (don't we all!) but if this is a change for life, you're going about it the right way :)
