Hi Angie99, sorry to hear you are struggling with things. I found for me loosing weight was going to be tough and a challenge, I have a lung disease and use oxygen. I like to think I have a positive mind to things in life. I found just making small changes slowly is better for good lasting results. Eg. Watching portion control of foods, cutting out junk food. I cut out choc, cake, sweets. And you will feel much better. If you live in Essex there is a My Weight Matters. You can look it up on google.😊

Hi Angie, sorry to hear your struggling with your mental health. I would suggest seeing your GP and asking for referral for talking thrapy, I think people can often bottle things up, being able to talk to a professional can help.
I find eating a fairly healthy diet gives me the energy, to do things. Maybe write a list of small tasks to achieve in a day simple things from taking care of yourself both physically and mentally. Set the alarm to get up same time each day, eat regularly little and often. Plan to go out on short walk each day and build up from there.
Mind the charity support line can offer advice and there are day centres for like minded people with peer support. Small steps slowly does it, hope this is of help. Wishing you well, I do speak from personal experience, mental health very close to my heart. Take care, be kind to yourself.
