Starting again

Hi all. Just joined today, starting my journey tomorrow, all set to go. Food all weighed out and menus written. Just need to weigh and measure in the morning. Been snowing quite a lot here but hoping to go out in the morning for a quick walk before work. Been suffering with trapped nerve in my neck for last 2 weeks, it's getting better now but I want to loose at least 2 stone and feel better.
