I'm at a point where I think I just need to start taking better care of myself. Ive been slowly gaining weight for the past four years. In the past few months, that has really sped up. Its time for a change. But I think that besides wanting to stop and reverse this cycle of putting on weight, I just need to take better care of myself. Even in the little things, like remembering to floss every day. I struggle with committing to my goals... Any advice is welcome!
