First week weight loss

I've lost 3.5 lbs after week one. I recorded everything I ate, it certainly made me think twice before eating any rubbish. I'm so excited, would have been delighted with one pound as not able to exercise other than gentle stretches. I'm sure losing weight will reduce my pain. Onward and upwards to week two. Thanks to everyone who helped motivate me last week.

Great start Kathy12 ! I do agree with you about recording - it makes me much more conscious of what I'm eating, and accountable to myself :)
