Again rather late - blame half term. But here we go with our first proper day of the challange and it's a nice easy and gentle introduction.

Have as much fun as you deem appropriate given that it is Lent. Tomorrow will be a step up (except not actually with stepping).

How did you get on? I used to do a lot of pilates, so understood the concept well, but oh my, my core is in poor shape.

Confess I haven’t done it yet!! I had a long phone call just after I posted this morning and we have been out all day.

If you can feel that your core is in bad shape you must have been doing the exercise correctly 😊
