Well apparently I’ve been a member since September 2016! So here I am 18 months on and about another half stone heavier and I’m finally taking the plunge. Been a serial fat club attendee since the age of 14 when my dear Mum, in her wisdom , took me to Weight watchers. I’m 52 and the menopause and life in general have hit hard. I’m coming at this really from a health angle rather than vanity this time and have about 2 stone to lose. Planning to do 1400 calories but any advice will be gratefully received.

Is there a weekly weigh in I can do - I’m thinking it might help for accountability!

How are you planning to do this? I’m going to count calories but restrict carbs a bit and try to get some REGULAR exercise! I know exactly what to do but struggle to actually do it! 😁

I’ve joined today’s weigh in so no turning back now!

Good luck with your restart 🍀 I've just turned 50 & can totally relate 😊 I'm in my 3rd week now. I lost 2.5st years ago calorie counting, so I know it works for me. I managed to keep 2st off but want to lose another 3.5st if I can 🌺

Well done for keeping 2 st off - maintaining is so hard.

I’m feeling really positive. I’m loving reading all the posts on here - feels really supportive and you can dip in and out when you have time.

Good luck to you too! 😊
