day 2 and wedding anniversary, do I fall of the wagon or stay strong???. had a god day yesterday an even exercised for the first time in 7 years. as its snowing going out with Oscar the dog for a snowball fight / walk to burn off more calories. what to eat tonight and what to drink? should we go out or cook at home? should I have a beer or not?
breakfast 2 slices of wholemeal toast, lunch homemade red pepper and tomato soup, leaving plenty of calories for our meal tonight. fingers crossed
