Might not be an achievement to many but making it to day 2 of my healthy eating/lifestyle change is a huge hurdle for me. I tend to only make it to day 1 lunch time and I'm already raiding the snack drawer for a pick me up. Day 2 and I haven't even thought about those tasty maltesers I have stored away 😅 I have however had a sneaky bite of my son's wimpy burger (couldn't let it go to waste 😂) and I may've took a detour on my way home to Costa for a cheeky hot chocolate... Few sips and I felt guilty so my partner had the rest. On a serious note I'm taking a different approach this time. Instead of cutting everything out and feeling deprived from my favourites I'm going to continue to eat the things I love in moderation and make healthier choices. A lot of people have mentioned lifestyle change... This is what I'm aiming for.
