Hooray!! Finally got back into the gym for the first time in like seven months, was tough but managed to get an hour off of exercise which is better than I expected lol.

Haha no, usually I either make enough for multiple meals or for me My girlfriend, so she’s enjoying it also, with giant cous cous as opposed to spaghetti

Yeah I’m going to take it easy, build up to what I was doing before, but hopefully stick at it. Will get some swims in at some point too

Been out on a birthday trip to Liverpool today .Ate Japanese to limit the damage of the numerous cocktails. In a bar, heard a lad greet his mate with 'Bin two hours in the gym today ' .Answer: ''What happened? You fall asleep?' . Instantaneous response - had us in pleats ! Love Scouse humour !
