Started my journey on Sunday weighing in at 23 stone. After just two days of completing my food diary I've lost 6lbs using MyFitnesPal. It really is a brilliant app and I'm using the free version on my phone.

At last I can see how much I'm actually eating and know how many calories I have left throughout the day.

My foods have consisted of chicken, rice, eggs, vegetables and fruit. So far I'm loving my new lifestyle and have not been hungry at all...

Well Done! That’s a great start. I’m doing the same, only on day 2. 😊

Thanks Anna..

MyFitnessPal worked out my BMI and suggested 2300 cals per day. I've been averaging about 1900 over the past 2 days.

I haven't felt tired or hungry and usually get a fierce headache if I detox or juice. Feel confident of a longer term success this time.

So you could eat alittle more if you feel you need it, 😊. Good news, keep up the good work

You're doing great but do be wary of 'under consuming'. If you haven't had a chance to read it yet, the article that Anna provided is an eyeopener.
