Operation Fit Not Fat @ 50 - Part 8 - Education is the key to success

Operation Fit Not Fat @ 50... Part 8.. Education is the key to success.. Wanting to gain a better understanding of weight fluctuations, food intake, exercise and the impact food has on my overall wellbeing I'm going to conduct a non-scientific experiment lasting three weeks. Starting today and for the next three weeks, alongside my usual food and exercise diary I'm going to keep an extra diary which will record my mood (state of mind), general wellbeing, energy levels, weigh myself daily, (I usually weigh myself weekly) and measure myself weekly (I usually measure myself fortnightly). Hopefully this three week experiment will provide me with a more in-depth understanding of exercise, food psychology and the impact the choices I make have upon my overall wellbeing. At the end of the three weeks I'll revert back to weighing weekly... David and Sophie .. Making positive changes to last a lifetime
