Hi my name is sue and I am looking to lose weight to be healthy as I want to get fit so I can run around after my grandson who is due to be born in March any help or support will be very much appreciated

Hi I am 55 years been struggling with my weight for many years tried so much yo-yo dieting.

I am only 5 foot tall and weigh 14 sone so I know it's going to be a slow journey. I am not very active I am office based so don't do any exercise at all. So any help I would love to hear your stories about any weight loss 😀
