I have joined because I need to lose weight! I need to lose 4st 11lbs to be in the middle of my healthy range but would be happy with 3.5st - I am 13st 4lb at the min. I refuse to buy in to paid clubs like SW and WW as I don’t think losing weight should cost me money.

At my biggest I was 14.5st (I am 5’2”) but I dropped 4.5st without really trying about 7 years ago before I went back to work after bringing up our family and I have steadily put back on 3.5st.

I have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and currently taking Methotrexate and just feel fat, heavy, sluggish and very unfit. Something has to change...I have to change. I might not post often but I will be a regular visitor, lurker and reader.
