Hello. I'm part way through my weight loss goal - started at 15 and a half stone and aiming for just under 10 stone. I've lost 22 pounds since late September by healthier eating, portion control, not buying butter (my weakness) and by dramatically increasing my activity by joining the gym I have to walk past to get home from work!
