Learning to Run

I’m running 5days a week now and increasing the time and distance... it’s taken a good half a year or more to achieve this. I one thing I will say and advise is, it takes time and patience and should only be increased in small increments so as not to discourage one from continuing. I tried to increase distance to quickly and when I failed, it would have a negative effect..

Well done you! I have recently graduated from C25K and now love running.

i so agree about being patient, it has taken a while for me to realise that an extra half Km or a few seconds off a run speed is good.
