Hi everyone.

I have decided to (finally) Loose weight once and for all. My weight has been going up and Down in past years like crazy. I lost a lot of weight before getting pregnant (Down to 63kg), gained 20kg in pregnancy, then lost all of those in 6 months after, then I have been moving between 65-75 for about a year or two and last year it has just been up and up and all the way to my current embarrasing 84kg.

I hate sports and Group activities so it makes it harder for me to exercise. at home there is my kdi and my boyfriend and I fee lbad exercising when someone can see me. But I will find a way. I know that for me healthy eating habits do a lot as that is how I managed (years ago) to actually Loose weight.

WIsh me luck everyone!

Hi Simonaz , it's the healthy eating that's going to make the main difference to your weight, and if you've found that worked for you before, I'm sure you'll be able to make the changes you need.

Good luck :)

thanks. Yes, fortunately I had that success 5-6 years ago where I lost like 15kg. I never went to gym or stuff like that even back then and I didnt starve. I have watched carefully what I eat and did some workouts at home. Things were easier (no kids), and I think my calories intake was a bit lower than it should have been, but yes, I know it Works :D

Thanks and I hope to post some nice udpates some time soon :)

I'm using the NHS 12 week programme as a guide and, like you found last time round, I don't feel hungry; I've enjoyed trying out new recipes and even found I liked some foods I didn't know I liked :)

Snap!!! I'm 81kg as well and I know that feeling.. exercise is a chore not something I enjoy.. hence v.v. rarely do any. I joined a slimfit class to make me do 30mins exercise every Tuesday morning.

You've been successful before so share your tips.

Could you consider taking up a family activity to get everyone active together?
