Scale solution brainwave to weight-in hurdles

Day 2 was fabulous. And a massive Brainwave moment. This evening when the nurse came in to weigh my son, I asked her if I could also use the hospital scale. I got my starting weight 87.4kg. I plan to weigh myself each time my son gets weighed by the NHS. You see as of the end of January my son gets weighted every month by his oncology nurse to calculate his oral chemo dose. I will use that opportunity to also have my official weigh in. Yes, it's monthly not weekly but that's Okay. This is a fool-proof, three-year, weight monitoring solution.

Glad to hear that your day went well.

As I understand it, some people here only weigh monthly so you will be in good company.

Glad day 2 was good for you :) Sounds like a good idea to weigh at the same time as your son

Wishing you all the best on your weight loss journey x x

Great to hear that you had a good day, you will have more of them I am sure.

Your weigh in solution sounds great, remember to think about wearing the same/similar clothes each time you weigh as clothes do make a difference.

Love your new badge, really suits you.
