Christmas time is upon us again,will we lose weight ,gain or stay the same?

Chocolates,cakes and mince pies all put before our very eyes.

Christmas party's and the works do ,family get togethers,which ones for you?

Before we know it the time goes by,how have we done ,will we laugh or cry ?

In the new year we will be full of resolutions ,to lose the weight with lots of solutions .

Excersices and fads they come and go but our daily battle is all we know.

Happy Christmas and have a great new year. Thanks to everyone for your massive support on here .

Went running before ,it was hard work .worth the effort in the end .

Yes weigh in tomorrow, I will be happy to get back under 12st after putting on last week.
