Hello :) my mum reckons I’m the worlds fussiest eater. I don’t eat any veg and only some fruits.

Today I managed to eat a vegetable soup my mum made special!

Other than that I eat a lot of chicken!

Are there another people that struggle good wise?

Sorry your so limited.. There are so many different things to try from all around the world.. So worth trying some to broaden your menu choices.

I hope you enjoyed your mums soup.. 😉

Hello Hidden .

I haven't got the evidence to back this up but I'm pretty sure you'll find it takes time and practice and repeated trying to get used to new tastes. If you want to change to healthier eating habits - which I assume you do - start slow, one new thing at a time, and get your mum on board to help - sounds like she makes a mean soup :)

Oh, and by the way, vegetables can be really nice ;)

Thank you! And it has been a pain all my life I don’t even eat much of a Christmas dinner!

Slowly I’ll do my best to try more!

Some people just are a bit more cautious about new tastes so it takes more work but you can do it. Some of us eat vegetables because we like them, honest! Not just because they're good for us ;)

I am so picky!! I end up eating lots of fish and chicken all kinds of ways. It's a little boring but a must. Try some new stuff. You might be surprised.

I feel for you Hidden it is frustrating when lots of healthy meals are bulked up with veg. I find carrots and peas are quite sweet and not veggie like maybe try to introduce one of those? Also maybe buy a chicken recipe book and try new ways of presenting it!

There are still worse things to eat than chicken and fruit. 🙂

I love home made vegetable soup. Does your Mum do a lot of cooking for you? Do you enjoy cooking too?

I have always eaten all sorts of foods, and was encouraged to try small portions of new foods when I was younger. I’d just keep trying things, and I think you will find your taste buds change.

I do enjoy cooking. I think adding veg into sauces may be a start? And carrying on with this veg soup 😄
