congrats Bintheredonethat how long did that take you if I may ask ? I am new here and need to loose 5 stone too. Although a lb would be a nice start.

Nearly 5 months... Was a struggle to begin with.. but found this forum by accident.. the positive attitude and support from here has been amazing... I use a lot of the recipes.. and if I'm having a uuuurrrggghhh day or two I go on here and read all the success stories.. that gets me back in line so to speak..
