Hospital & operation here I come.

Good Morning all, I am 1 lb loss this week & dead chuffed at least it is still going the right way, that is a total of 3st 8 lbs since starting this healthy eating lifestyle and meeting you lovely encouraging folk last Feb 17, my operation is on Wednesday this week which I have to admit I'm nervous about, but as it is hopefully just an overnight stay cannot be to bad, (hernia op) the worse part is 6 wks no driving, I will stick with eating the right foods for me, charged up my Kindle and Telephone, new slippers (with bunny rabbits on)nighty and dressing gown. Have a lovely week all you folk out there. Mags x

Hope all goes well. I had my gallbladder out 2 weeks ago and I can feel myself getting stronger every day. You will feel sore and sorry for yourself initially but you will get better again. Well done on weight loss too!
