I'm getting to the point where everything below the waist has ballooned and aches.

Can't face going back to slimming world or weight watchers as they just don't appeal to me anymore so going to give this a bash and see if i can sort myself out!

I will do all my reading and research this week and start fresh on the first! thankfully i've offered to drive for most of the nights out we have in December so i'm really hoping to lose even a little something before christmas!!

Heres to a new me next year!!

Welcome back, deejay :)

A lot has changed in 19 months, so I'm going to give you the full newbie works! ;)

I'd like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out. If you just post a few words to introduce yourself and respond to others there, you'll soon break the ice. Here's the link

healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

You'll find all the information you need to navigate the forum in the header, so please take the time to read it carefully.

Wishing you all the best :)

"Don't put off 'til tomorrow what you can do today"....a useful saying! Start by deciding not to have any unhealthy treats for the rest of today. Tomorrow you can add some healthy planned meals, and by the 1st of December, you will be all set up for some sensible calorie control each day. I find it works best when you use an app or online calorie counter, and that way you know when to stop each day, or you can see where your problem times of day occur and plan some diversionary strategies!

Welcome back deejay28

I agree with DartmoorDumpling that unless you've got some specific reason, you could start living healthily today. moreless has supplied a link to the Newbie Club that has all the info you need to get started... including the link to the NHS 12 week plan.

It may also help to give some thought as to why you didn't stay here the other times so that you can try and plan to prevent it this time around. Staying here and interacting with this forum is key to living healthily.

All the best.
