I have tried the 12 weeks plan back in 2014 and it really is practical from 97kg right after 12 weeks I lost about 9kg then gradually I weighed 84Kgs which is really amazing. Since then due to change of my personal circumstances, I have not been actively looking after myself. I think I am okay with the habit of what to eat and how to be selective having healthy food staff.
At the moment, I have gained a few weights on (I am now 92 kgs) and the my minimum target is 78 kg that means I need to loose about 16 kgs.
Would I need to go back and follow the 12 weeks NHS plan?or any advise on this please? I hope I am not the only person with similar problem.
