Hi everyone, my name is Courtney. I took the first step to finally being able to lose weight for good yesterday. I visited my GP who is going to refer me to the NHS weight management clinic. So I’m hoping that along with that and this group I can succeed in my goal and make 2018 my best year ever. I currently weigh 120kg and I’m 5’4.
