I’m back

About 18 months ago I signed up here depressed at being told I was overweight by the doctor. I followed the plan & in 6 months I reached my goal weight. I was so happy & proud. Then this year I got a new job got super stressed & forgot everything I had learnt. Now I’m back realising I can’t do this on my own. I really hope everyone out there is as supportive as I remember- feeling very low after realising I’ve undone all that hard work:(

Welcome back kk9147 to the weight loss forum.

A few things have changed since you were last here but we are still a very friendly and supportive group. :)

You are invited to join our Newbie Club, where you can meet other new members who are just beginning their weigh loss journeys too. Here's the link for all the information you will need to find your way around the forum:

Good luck with your first week.

I can well understand you feeling low right now, but focus on the fact that you know first hand that that weight can be shifted. You've done it before, you can dust off the tools you used and you'll soon be making progress :)

We are in the same boat kk9147. I lost weight being part of the forum and then went it alone only to put on weight again. I am going to start weighing in again and keep myself accountable. Welcome back.

I suppose it’s part of the leaning process. Thanks for your support. Well done for making the decision
