Hi there I’m new, just signed up I’ve got 3 stone to loose and have hit a brick wall. So far I’ve lost 3 stones and joined a gym been going regular loosing around a 1lb per week and feeling good about myself. But fought a bad cold which knocked me out. I’ve been off work for a week and not been to the gym for three weeks. I need a good push to get me back into it please x

  • Me too. I have been the same since July. I'm on meds so I think I may not lose much more. We just have to keep trying. There will be strong times and some slip ups. As long as it's a downward trend we will be fine in the end.

  • Three stones lost is great. Bulldoze your way through the brick wall as soon as you get your energy back. Being ill disrupts everything but when you can you’ll feel great about being back on track.

  • Don't be too hard on yourself. It's fantastic you've already lost a significant amount of weight. Don't forget, you can't eat an elephant all in one go! Bite size chunks. Good Luck

  • Well done on the loss! Do you concentrate at all on calories / calorie counting to help you achieve your goal?
