Hi all Clive here I've started a calorie controlled diet about 4 weeks ago lost 10lb so far I do struggle at weekends when I not at work

thats a really good weight loss.. you have done well. Weekends are difficult. I have to agree and it takes a good few weeks to find a way of tackling the old bad habits.. Lots of advice and tips on this forum. Good luck!!!

The weekends are the worse, I tend to try and keep busy but always have healthy snacks available, if I feel hungry I go and do something or have a glass of squash, it usually helps. good luck .
