Working through some injuries for the past 3 years. Unable to do much of anything activity wise and I have gained about 30 unwanted additional pounds. I had been working on losing weight prior to injuries & now I have probable 50 pounds to take off.
I feel like it is a huge, uphill battle now. I also realize doing nothing, gets me nowhere, thus the journey begins.

Please, try not to think of it as '50 lbs' but make smaller, more realistic, goals. I find it helps to keep people more focused and it becomes more manageable. Then, after a while, you're very near to your ultimate aim.
