Okay. So I had 2 kids in very quick succession. Both were only 6lb 15oz each but they appeared to require the biggest straight out bumps ever. Add to that the resulting horrendous stretch marks and a bit of weight gain and I have a belly flap of doom. 😱
I am aware that targeted excercise such as crunches are pointless - tones the muscles underneath but the fat above remains and hides all that hard work. My tummy muscles are actually pretty good.
Any advice on shifting it? Do I just need to carry on losing weight and eating well and it will melt away? Or am I stuck with my flappy friend for good?! 😂
