Can you help me find where to weigh in, it's on a Monday right? Did my weighing last night so looking to record it somewhere. My end of Week 10 weight is 141.2 lb. Started Week 1 at 152.8 lb. Happy with this but still struggling with weekend eating where it all goes out the window and i loose track of calorie counting, wish i could sort it out. Trying to cut out chocolate, biscuits and alcohol for this week to see how i feel. Christmas round the corner so loosing a few pounds in advance would be great!
