well, Monday (tomorrow) it will be 3 weeks I have been more conscious of what I put in my mouth and on my plate and I have lost another 2 pounds! I realize that 8 pounds in 3 weeks sounds a little slow but I am doing it and I feel really good about it. I have always heard that if you lose slow, you keep it off longer. if that is true I should be thinner for life! lol. anyway, it is going slow and there are things I need to do that could cause it to be a bit faster but that is ok cuz I do not mind losing slow as long as I am losing. I have been able to go back to work and feel good about that too. I will be looking into exercise I can do now. I have a leg that does not work well and a back that is a little out but I know I will find things to do to push on my weight loss. thanks for all the support ya'll!!
