[gman1961]

No more excuses ,here we go,got to do our best to get our weight low.

Advice and recipes and excercise tips ,to do it properly and avoid any trips.

When we feel low and things are not working out,get on this forum and give someone a shout.

Always help and a listening ear ,to raise your mood,and bring you cheer.

Families and friends may offer advice , good or bad it may come at a price .

So don't ever worry what you have to say or share .As in the end smaller clothes you will wear .

I've just started buying smaller shirts and even wear t shirts , something I would never have done ,only on holiday.

Tried to get in a pair of jeans that i like but just need to get rid of another few pounds..

That's true,

I just get on with it now .family can be with me or not .

I buy smaller shirts ,look and feel a lot better in them.

What a good poem. Yes it’s great to come on the forum at anytime and feel people are there to listen. I’m only in my first week. Family are not always very supportive but forum people understand..
