A hard week but lost 3lbs! I have now lost 7lb in total. I'm going for a short holiday next week with mum, dinner bed and breakfast. The hotel has a pool so I aim to swim every day. Before then I'd like to lose 2 more pounds. Some days are harder than others but my trousers feel more comfortable. I have written everything down and have weighed all the food I eat at home using the calorie information from NHS. Quite an eye opener to see how the calories can mount up if you are not careful.
