Hard week

A hard week but lost 3lbs! I have now lost 7lb in total. I'm going for a short holiday next week with mum, dinner bed and breakfast. The hotel has a pool so I aim to swim every day. Before then I'd like to lose 2 more pounds. Some days are harder than others but my trousers feel more comfortable. I have written everything down and have weighed all the food I eat at home using the calorie information from NHS. Quite an eye opener to see how the calories can mount up if you are not careful. Good luck to everyone this coming week.

Not sure how to do this! Just keep posting each week. I must be missing something. Just printed off week 3 Food and Activity chart.

Well done Fran. Just keep going and hope that you get rid of the 2lbs before the holiday. Have a great time with your mum and enjoy the swims, hope the pool is not too cold:)
