Today 25 10 17 breakfast fruit and yogurt with milled linsed, lunch ham roll mustard& 1 almond tart, dinner mushroom rissotto,with salad,glas of sherry. through the day snacked on energy bite 2 cups of tea and 1 latte coffee.
Yesterday was much the same but for dinner had chicken breast and chips and pea, and a piece of pan dang birthday cake.
Monday was same but had fried egg on toast for lunch, chicken casserole with dumplings.
