Here I go again! Bought the book, sorted out the fridge and bought the veg. After 30 years of yoyoing, I have just finished the first day fast of the 5:2 food plan after seeing what it had done for Martin Clunes. I feel surprisingly good and not ravenously hungry. No migraine attack either as hunger is one of my triggers. Hope to lose about 3 stone so am posting this to re-read if times are bad in the future.
