Delicious and filling meal!  452 calories

So this is my easy and delicious version of cauliflower cheese. I cook the cauliflower (and leaves!) in a microwave steamer, stir in lots of full fat cream cheese, sprinkle with a little mature Cheddar and some breadcrumbs. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes. (278 calories). The crispy bacon slices were added - 29 calories.

Mashed swede and carrot with 5g of butter (94 cals) and the stir-fried leeks, cabbage and peas was 51 calories.

I begin to describe just how delicious this was! My tastebuds are still tingling!
