Losing Weight

Hiya, I used to be really active a few years ago but a bad injury got in the way, since then I’ve put on quite a bit of weight. I used to weight 17 stone, I got ill and went down to 15.13 but put it back on, I’m now back down to that region but I’d love to be down to 13-14 stone. I’ve cut out most sugary things now and I try not to eat as much during the day but the weight doesn’t seem to drop.

I’ve also just stared a couch to 5k in a hope that I get fitter and lose weight too
