Ultimate Motivation Tool

Hello peeps. I just found the ultimate motivation tool for losing weight and toning up. I took two photographs of me topless. One front on and one side on. I'll start taking these photos at four weekly intervals so I can see a visible change. I would share them here but I don't want to get banned for posting photos of a topless fat man. 🤓👍🏻

  • you'll be amazed at the difference.... i took pictures of myself too at the start of my journey and its so good too look back when the scales arnt moving but the tape measure is.. i took pics every 3mths and definately helped me.. good luck.
