Feeling slightly positive

I bought new skinny jeans from primark the other day and felt so good about myself because I managed to fit into the size 14 pair, the other clothes I bought may have been size 16 and size 18 but anyone who shops in primark knows their sizing is quite funny, but to know I could fit into a size 14 made me feel so much better about my weight loss journey. I know I need to do more to tone my body and I should try to just even go for more walks but to say I could fit in size 14 jeans makes me feel so proud of myself. Especially to know how far I have come ! :)

Well done, it's a great feeling to be able to wear a size lower than expected.. Enjoy the achievement 👍🏻
