Here I am

Ive got 6 and a half stone to lose, I’ve been on every diet going but nothing works long term. I’m 34 years old I have spent the last ten years on some kind of diet.

I need to do something that will work 100% I don’t want to be fat no more.

So today is my first day I’ve found it ok I got to eat what I wanted and stay within my daily allowance I like the way there’s no restrictions on what you can/can’t have to eat. I actually feel this is goner work.

  • I keep a dairy just for my daily menus. Each one keeps their own according to their preference.

    There is the daily diary in the events posts where you can add your daily menus each day.

  • I will buy a little diary today to keep track of food I eat, how do I find the events posts would be good to get idea on meal ideas.
