Slipped off the band wagon!

The dreaded post! I slipped off the band wagon today! Going to get right back on it and work away those terrible treats I had! The good thing is I feel bad for eating it so I know if I ever feel like I’m doing it again, to remind myself of how crappy I felt about it! Happy positive thoughts my way please!

Well done for recognising how bad this made you feel Hannah21 it doesn’t sound to me as though you will be making that mistake again.

Just draw a line under it and start back on the wagon with all your friends in the band- we are all marching in the same direction.

Thanks ceals! I certainly won’t be making the same mistake. In a way I’m glad I’ve done it and done it early on in my journey as it’s made me understand why I’m doing this! To be a happy healthier slimmer me!

Thanks yellow rose! If it wasent for all of you guys I certainly don’t think I’d even have gotten this far! The more active I am on here the better I seem to cope! Having a little weight loss family has certainly helped :) x

well done for getting straight back on the wagon. I have slipped up today as well with too many snacks, down to being tired I think, although, I'm starving now. Back on the wagon tomorrow and hope for a better day

Well done Rutheliza on your 1st week! You’re still finding your feet so that’s fine, still seeing what you can and can’t eat and what you’ll weigh at the end of the month! Keep going ! You’re doing great :)

Hi Hannah21 I also fell off the wagon the last couple of days ;) so don't beat yourself up about it and draw a line and start with your new mindset :)

I am blaming mine on being unwell and therefore just couldn't have cared less, but when I stood on the scales yesterday I still cared :)
