Super yummy low cal pizza on a wrap!

Ok so I have been thinking about making something super yummy but low fat so I found this easy recipe. You take a tortilla wrap, add 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce, sprinkle on a bit of garlic, low fat cheese, and load with your favourite toppings, I like using mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomato but my other half did bacon and avocado. Anyway stick the over for 4 to 6 minutes and you have a super low cal pizza for about 300 calories!

I tried something similar a couple of weeks ago, it was good! I forgot about it...going to do it again on the weekend. Thank you for reminding me!!

I tried it with naan bread last week but used tomato purée and it was really tasty and so quick!

I love the look of this and do love pizza so this is a great one to try. I am going shopping tonight too so see if hub would do this too. I'm sure he would. Thanks. 😃

Ah glad you all liked the idea. Even my partner loved this and he was very reluctant at how it would come out. My sister said she is going to try it with pesto and goats cheese tonight so it just shows how versatile it can be!

Love it! Is the 'base' firm or does it need a knife and fork?

Hi. Sorry for late reply. It's a thin and crispy base so you can use a knife and fork or cut it into slices like a normal pizza... :-)
