Often wondered where I post changes

Well I don't weigh myself, I measure my waist each Monday morning. I started 10 weeks ago with 38" waist and before our hols got down to 34". Two weeks of unfamiliar water and food and I came back 10 days ago with an extra inch. Today am back to 34". Unlikely to get to my goal of a 30" waist within the 12 weeks but am going to restart the 12 week plan anyway. Have a new goal to be able to wear size 12 clothes.

I just measured my waist out of curiosity - never had much of a waist being very barrel shaped, and was disappointed to read 42"! As another overweight rider (of horses) I am keen to shrink that down...although I would probably settle for a size 16. Well done on reaching 34" and you sound very determined, so that 30" waist is very achievable! Well done so far...!

Thank you for the responses, I don't feel particularly amazing, it worries me that I won't have any more great canters or ride over wonderful countryside during the remaining years of my life unless the weight reduces. Had a wobble today, but that was before I logged onto the forum....
