Well 2.5 years ago I lost 4 stone with NHS 12 week plan and support on here. I have now put on at least a stone (not weighing self at moment) due to a bad year with my back. I am having physio and waiting for hospital treatment. All my exercise had to stop (was going to gym and classes) I was slowly making progress again and now another back flare up. Also because getting fed up I am comforting eat and back on cycle of each day saying I will stop but just getting worse. So any support - words of motivation greatly appreciated as after all my hard work it is horrible to be struggling again and feeling so limited on the exercise. I need to stop the bad eating as well and break the cycle.
