So I'm on day 3 of eating healthy and am stronger than ever. My meal plan today : breakfast I had tea and sweet potatoes, lunch I'll have mix of cabbage and veges and for dinner I'll have beans and a small portion of rice. Any corrections?

Hi Sallydavisalbert it's lovely to hear to that you are feeling so much better after such a short period of time! Well done you 😊 Are you vegan as I don't see any meat or dairy in your diet? Perhaps some healthy fats like avocado could be incorporated. Good luck on your continued success 🙌👍

Hello Sallydavisalbert 😊. Well done on 3 successful days, it gets easier the longer you stick at it 😊

Without knowing your calorie target it’s difficult to comment on your food plans. I try to have protein at every meal as I find it keeps me full for longer.

Just wondering if you ran the BMI calorie calculator as it seems that your calorie intake me be a touch on the low side.
