I have just started on a new, calorie controlled weight loss program, after having a torrid and stressful few months, where I comfort ate the wrong food and went to the bar far too much resulting in a shock on the scales 2 days ago (monday morning). Since that initial "starting weight", I have so far managed to lose 2.1kg (I know it is easy at the beginning) in 2 days and I plan to lose at least 21kg but my ideal loss would be 28kg+.
About 2.5 years ago I went on a similar health kick, and managed to shed 20kg in 3 months, but I will have to see if I can at least match it this time.
I am far from being a seasoned "loser" so I look forward to reading other stories for inspiration.

The forum is a good supportive place, where people can talk about their weight concerns and successes without feeling judged or criticized. I have joined the wednesday wobble warriors and look forward to watching (hopefully) my weight decrease as well as the other members.
