Try to remember it is just a number and you are working at improving it now. Please there is no need to feel embarrassed or disgusted with yourself. Why not come along and join in with today's weigh in to get your weight loss journey going. :)

Dear Liz 80

You’ve got the worst bit over owning up to it. Now , if you set to work, in a few weeks you’ll see an improvement .

Best wishes

You can change it!! Just stick around here for support and accountability. You can do it!

Hi Libz80 please do not feel embarrassed and disgusted with yourself. You have joined this fantastic forum and can turn things around. When i first started i was in the obese section aswell, now i am in the overweight. I have got a way to go until i reach a healthy bmi. We can do this though, there is so much help and support here. Good luck

I weighed myself and mine came up with the same! I knew I was big just not to the extent I was! It is reason that spurs me on to lose weight, along with wanting to be healthy and fit for when my new niece comes along in March 2018! Please don't feel like that about yourself, you're an amazing person and the number on the scale doesn't define you! We can do this weight loss journey together and laugh back at the scales when we are done!

Libz80 I started 2weeks ago and mine is the same but I have lost some already and can feel my clothes are looser. It def helps coming on here each day I don't always have time to reply but I do try to read some posts as it helps keep me motivated when I see everyone else sharing their ups and downs along the way. Good luck!
