5lb of flab gone this week. 1400 Cals or thereabouts per day, leaning on trying to have more lean proteins to keep fuller. Great start to my stone target 🎯. 9lb to go! Swimming twice and tried to up my steps x love my new fit watch it makes me keep going to hit 10,000 steps 😁
