Great to join a community like this

Hi, I'm very happy to be here for support and to also support others wherever I can. I was healthy and of a good weight for many years but I had a tough time in 2013 and basically ate my way through it! In all I gained 4 stone and a few pounds and now would like to turn it around, change habits and get back to eating well. I'm in the US at the moment which makes it a bit challenging but with effort and focus I think I can lost all the weight. I look forward to posting and reading posts here!

Thank you cracker10! Good to meet you, I look forward to being part of the forum. I'm from the UK but currently living in the US, hope to return to the UK next year with my husband (whose from the US). Would be great to arrive back slimmer and healthier!
